Appearance

Akaru is a short, yet slender girl with long brown hair, and red eyes. her hair is tied ponytail, with the HOMRA insignia of her right side of her neck.

Akaru wears a dark red t-shirt with brown pants, and a pair of white shoes. The jacket she wore was from Awashima Seri as a gift on her 12 birthday, it was knee long but it got burn when she was in the middle of a conflict between Homra members and some yakuzas.

During her time at school , Akaru wore the Ashinaka High School uniform, with her insignia covered in bandages.

Before she joined Homra, Akaru wore the Scepter 4 uniform with her saber hanging on her waist

Personality

Akaru is a nice, yet stobborn girl. Because she was raised in the a strict way, she often nags the guys in HOMRA when they are too noisy in the bar. Akaru has a soft side for little animals (especially kittens), everytime when Anna brings an animal strain into the bar, Akaru would jump like crazy.

History

Akaru came from a family consisting of a father, a mother, an elder brother, and a twin sister. All of her family members were strains except for her. After her mother gave birth to her and her twin sister , Neko, their mother became very ill. At the following year their father was caught in many depths. Too cover all of his depths and find a cure for his wife, Akaru's father used his strain powers to kill many people and take their money. On her 1st birthday, Akaru's father didn't show up. The following night, Scepter 4 informed them that her father was caught in a terrible car accident and his body was burned to ashes.

A few months later, her brother decided to join Scepter 4 to make a living for his mother and his sisters. During that time, Akaru, who was from a family of strains and didn't have any strains powers , was taken to a facility to be the tested as the next  Golden king . 3 days prior the kagutsu crater incident , Akaru's brother found out the truth, that his father, who was said to die in a car accident , was actually executed by the Scepter 4 because of his crimes using his strain powers. Unable to control his emotions, he lashed out his strain powers and killed all of the blue king's clansmen. 2 days later he was executed by the former blue king because of the same crime his father did. But after the Kagutsu Crater incident , people said that all of the Scepter 4 members died during the incident. Akaru, who has no more relatives, joined Scepter 4 after she wasn't able to become the next golden king.

2 years before she joined HOMRA, Akaru found some shocking documents. The documents revealed what actually happened to her father and brother. After finding out the truth, Akaru went into a serious emotional breakdown , which lead her to leave Scepter 4.

Powers & Abilities

Blue Aura : As a former member of Scepter 4, Akaru has the ability to summon her saber using her aura. This power, according to the golden king, can only be used by someone whose power has exceed the blue king himself, making Akaru the next blue king.

Red Aura : Despite her only using the red aura for a small time, she was able to use it very well. Although it was very explosive. Kusanagi revered her red aura explosiveness as a nuke bomb.
